Dear Sir/Madam,
1. The Controller of your personal data is Contimax S.A. with its registered office in Bochnia, postal code: 32-700, at ul. Partyzantów 12C.
2. The categories of data we may process, as well as the purposes and periods of processing your personal data, depend on the categories of persons listed below to which you belong:

Name and surname, company name, business and correspondence addresses, PESEL number, contact details: email address, telephone number, position held in the organization, data in handed business cards, concluded contracts, inquiries, and sent offers.

Fulfilling contractual obligations towards you, and complying with our legal obligations, e.g., the obligation to issue an invoice or another document required by law, establishing or pursuing civil law claims within the scope of cooperation.

The period of cooperation between the Parties, until the end of the limitation period for claims related to the contract.

3. We may also obtain your personal data from publicly available sources, such as the CEIDG or KRS entrepreneur registers, in order to verify the information provided by you. The scope of processed data will in such a case be limited to data publicly available in the relevant registers.
4. Your data may be transferred to the following entities: entities processing data on behalf of Contimax S.A. (processors), cooperating entities and contractors, courier and postal companies delivering shipments to you, as well as entities or authorities authorized by law.
5. You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify, delete, or limit processing, as well as the right to object, demand cessation of processing and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. You also have the right to withdraw consent to data processing if your data is processed on the basis of consent.
7. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to ensure mutual communication and the cooperation described above. In the case of failure to provide data, it will not be possible to maintain business contacts via email and telephone and to implement concluded contracts.
8. The Data Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or an international organization.
9. Personal data will be stored for the entire period our company remains in business contact with you.
10. This clause does not require any action on your part.
